Local Exhaust Ventilation, often called dust or fume extraction can help clean the air before people breathe in these harmful substances. Under COSHH, companies must take steps to prevent, control, maintain and monitor dust and fume exposure in the workplace, as laid out in regulation 9. For ROI, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 requires the employer to manage health and safety in the workplace to prevent and reduce risks by completing a risk assessment and ensuring controls are in place.
Our team of consultants are P60, P602, P603 and P604 qualified and can provide LEV testing services and reports to the criteria laid out in HSG258.
